Surakarta — SMPI Al Abidin Surakarta held the Inauguration Ceremony of Dewan Penggalang Albisura for the 2026–2027 Period of Service, officially welcoming a new team of student leaders within the school’s Scout organization.
The ceremony was attended by the Vice Principal for Student Affairs (Waka Kesiswaan), teachers, Scout leaders, and students. The event marked the transition of leadership from the previous Dewan Penggalang to the newly inaugurated members, who are entrusted with supporting Scouting programs and strengthening student leadership at the school.
During the ceremony, the newly appointed members of Dewan Penggalang Albisura took an oath, committing themselves to carry out their responsibilities with discipline, responsibility, and integrity. This moment highlighted Scouting as a meaningful platform for character building, teamwork, independence, and leadership development.
For the 2026–2027 Period of Service, the Dewan Penggalang Albisura is led by Faiz Rahman Asyami as Chairperson, alongside Hafsya Praditya as the Female Coordinator. Together, they are expected to foster leadership, teamwork, and a positive Scouting culture within the school.
The Vice Principal for Student Affairs highlighted the outstanding achievements of the previous period and shared expectations for the newly inaugurated leaders.
“The achievements of the previous period were truly outstanding. For the 2026–2027 Period of Service, congratulations—you have been selected as the best candidates to continue this legacy. I encourage you to become role models for other students, to further improve your achievements, and to consistently strengthen discipline in carrying out every responsibility,” she stated.
Throughout their Period of Service, the Dewan Penggalang Albisura is expected to actively contribute to the planning and implementation of Scouting activities, promote discipline and cooperation, and support a positive and inclusive school environment. These responsibilities are designed to help students grow into confident, responsible, and achievement-oriented individuals.
The inauguration ceremony concluded with a prayer and shared hopes that the new Dewan Penggalang Albisura will carry out their duties with commitment, consistency, and a strong spirit of service.
Through this inauguration, SMPI Al Abidin Surakarta continues to strengthen its commitment to character education by empowering students to lead, serve, and grow through meaningful organizational experiences.
